Salem Alhussaini

Salem Alhussaini is an interdisciplinary artist. In 2022, he earned his BFA from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. His interests include (but are not limited to) turtles, the color blue, and stickers. Through the utilization of materials, found objects, and metaphors, his work expresses ideas relating to daily practices and universal themes. When he’s not in the studio, you can find him scavenging in the woods or frequenting the local skatepark.

Sophie Lever

Sophie is a multimedia artist working mainly in ceramics and printmaking, but also painting and drawing. In all of these mediums, repetition and patterns are common themes as she seeks to better understand herself and her relative position to the world around her. Sophie is most looking forward to getting involved in the community at BCAT and while continuing to share and explore her passion for art with others.
